Virginia A. Wimmer, MSW
Retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant • Former State Executive
Virginia’s career spans twenty-six years of military leadership and executive-level service in California state government. As a Senior Master Sergeant, she led across operational, training, and human-services environments. As a state executive, she navigated complex public-sector systems with a focus on workforce wellness and human capital strategy.
She holds a Master of Social Work and brings that clinical lens into every engagement — grounded in human dignity, psychological safety, and the conviction that leadership is, at its core, a practice of care.
